| About Estate Sales An estate sale is the sale of personal property
including furniture, china, antiques, books, pictures, art, etc. We conduct estate sales by displaying the items to be sold
in an attractive manner. We provide tables and tablecloths to display items to their full buying potential. Our customers
include interior decorators, antique shop owners, flea market enthusiasts, as well as next door neighbors. Many times a large

What is a moving sale? A moving sale is provided for people who are moving or downsizing. Normally
the owners move and take what they need. Everything to be sold is left in the house. 3: Why should
you hire an estate sale company? Ron and Alice and staff offers knowledge of the fair market
value of your items as well as experience and expertise to conduct and organize an efficient sale. This reduces a family's
emotional stress and gives peace of mind. 4: How many items must I sell to be considered a moving
sale? An estate sale is normally the contents of an entire estate. The best way to know if you
have enough merchandise to have a sale is to allow Ron and Alice to come and walk through the estate. This service is free
and he will be able to let you know if your estate warrants his services. 5: How much does it cost? Our fee is a percentage of the total sale. The normal fee for an estate sale or a moving sale is 30% of
the total sale. Sometimes a minimum is charged. If in the event that the sale has to be moved to another location
there is a moving fee charge. 6: Who determines the price? Ron and Alice
price all the items in the house. They have extensive knowledge in the pricing of most items. Occasionally
other specialists are brought in to help. He also encourages bids be left on larger items. 7: Do
you offer other services? Main Avenue Antique Mall Inc.also offers appraisal services. We will
be happy to appraise one item, or a house full. We also are trader assistants on E-bay. 8: How
